CBI Health – Calgary North (Harvest Hills) is seeking a part time Clinic Experience Associate to greet clients, answer questions and assist with scheduling. You will help create a welcoming environment and support clinic operations while maintaining client confidentiality.
The role emphasizes personalized client care, assisting with scheduling (including online booking) and using digital tools such as the Client Portal. Hours are weekdays 2pm–6pm.
