8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Architect in IT

Experience in individual insurance (life, health, and/ordisability), minimum 1 to 2 years

Experience in functional design and business architecturedocumentation





Experience in application transformation or modernizationinitiatives

PREFERRED

Experience across all three product lines: life, health, anddisability insurance

Experience with a Quebec-based insurer (e.g., IA, Beneva,SSQ, La Capitale, or equivalent)

ASSET

Bilingualism (French and English)

Knowledge of modeling tools (ArchiMate, BPMN, or equivalent)
