We are looking for a friendly, motivated and outgoing Optical Dispenser to join our North Winnipeg team. This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for fashion and style, and likes helping others find products that look excellent and meet their individual needs.

As an Optical Dispenser, you will work one-on-one with patients to help them select frames and lenses, explain their options, take measurements, and assist with their eyewear needs under the direction of our licensed opticians and optometrists.

The person we're looking for:
Friendly, positive and comfortable talking with people
Motivated and eager to learn
Has a good eye for fashion, style and what looks outstanding on different people
Able to learn technical information about lenses and eyewear quickly
Robust communication,



problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Dependable and works well as part of a team
Previous optical experience or knowledge of lenses is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
Previous retail, customer service or sales experience would also be an asset

We provide on-the-job training, ongoing support and continuing education, with opportunities to grow and advance within our company.

Compensation will depend on experience and optical knowledge.
