Job Summary:
The Deerfoot Inn & Casino is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Bellman to join our Front Office team. The Bellman plays a key role in creating a positive first and last impression by providing excellent guest service, assisting with luggage, and supporting front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms
Escort guests and provide information about hotel amenities and services
Deliver room service orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas
Assist with guest requests and deliver items to guest rooms
Support Front Desk and Food & Beverage operations as required
Ensure guest safety and report concerns to management

Qualifications & Requirements:




Valid Alberta ProServe certification (required)
Must be able to perform room service delivery
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset
