IT Support & Administration Provide help-desk services; install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; diagnose and resolve PC issues; and manage devices, software licensing, and phone plans.
Systems & Infrastructure Ensure seamless connectivity between devices, file servers, email servers, and ERP systems; coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration; escalate to third-party providers as needed.
Development & Reporting Create and modify SQL queries and SSRS reports; develop C#/.NET customizations; assist in building small-scale applications and external service integrations.
Evaluation & Security Participate in hardware/software evaluations and purchasing references; assist the IT Technical Lead with cybersecurity scoping and recommendations.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Additional certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+) are a bonus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (C#, Python, or similar)
Working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Experience
Some experience in an IT support or coordinator role
Exposure to ERP software (Epicor or similar) is a plus
