Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable warehouse worker to join our team. As a warehouse worker/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and effective shipment and receipt of goods in our warehouse. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or packing lists.
Inspect received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Record received items into the inventory management system accurately.
Generate shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
Maintain organized and productive storage of inventory within the warehouse.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any problems or issues that arise during the shipping and receiving process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse distribution or forklift operating, similar role preferred.
Proficient in order picking techniques and using warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
