Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas.
Address work orders related to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other minor repairs
Ensure all building systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Maintain maintenance logs and report issues requiring specialized contractors.
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and qualified manner.
Prioritize urgent repairs such as leaks, safety hazards, and essential services.
Update property management systems with completed work and notes.
Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, fire codes, and company policies.
Report safety hazards, code violations, or structural concerns to management.
Assist with fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues such as water leaks, power outages, or other emergencies.
Coordinate with property management and emergency services when required.
Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
Inform management when materials or parts need to be ordered.
Interact professionally with tenants while completing repairs or inspections.
Maintain respectful communication and ensure minimal disruption.
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
