Ten Spa, located at the Fort Garry Hotel, is looking for Registered Massage Therapists to join our amazing team. Our guests will perk from the most advanced treatments along with your professionalism, expertise and commitment to offering an exceptional massage experience.

The successful candidates receive a guaranteed $17.00 per hour draw, plus commission on services performed and an automatic gratuity on every service, providing excellent earning potential.

DUTIES

Offer exceptional spa treatments and experiences for guests.

Contribute to ensuring a professional and friendly workplace for guests and co-workers.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms/areas and ensure supplies are stocked.

Consult with guest prior to start of treatment to ensure needs of your guest are met.

Consult with guest at conclusion of treatment and recommend products or other services that would be beneficial to the guest.

Adhere to all policies and procedures of Ten Spa, The Fort Garry Hotel and Choice Hotels.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS





Hold Registered Massage Therapy certification recognized in the Province of Manitoba / the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba.

Certified in First Aid and CPR including AED.

Available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Exceptional customer service skills. This includes ensuring confidentiality.

Can work independently and as part of a team.

Previous RMT experience is an asset.
