Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to complete construction and excavation projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. We are looking to fill positions at our site in Mission and our site in Recent Westminster.

Duties:
Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, bulldozers, cranes and loaders
Perform tasks such as digging, grading, leveling, and moving materials
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient operation
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Skills:
Proficient in the operation of backhoes, bulldozers, cranes, loaders,



and other heavy equipment
Robust mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Knowledge of proper safety procedures for heavy equipment operation
Commercial driving experience is a plus
