We’re currently hiring a full time Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a outstanding chance for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in overseeing inventory, managing parts operations, and leading a team.

Job Duties:

You must have experience in some or all of the following:
Oversee and manage daily warehouse and parts operations
Maintain accurate inventory levels, including stocking and replenishing technicians’ trucks
Supervise parts staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service
Manage phone inquiries, sales, and support for customers and technicians
Coordinate and organize parts and equipment for upcoming projects
Source, order, and track parts to ensure timely availability
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Monitor inventory usage and implement systems to improve efficiency and cost control




Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and operating safely
Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage

Education, Experience and Language:
Must be functional in English.

Skills Requirements:
Experience with plumbing and/or HVAC parts required; electrical parts experience is an asset
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Heavy lifting may be required at times.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
