We are looking for an experienced Dental Administrator to join our friendly, established dental office.
This is a non-corporate dental practice with a close-knit team and long-term staff. We are looking for someone who values a positive work workplace, enjoys working with patients, and is interested in building a long-term position with our office.
Position Details
3–5 days per week
Monday–Saturday availability

Non-corporate, independently operated dental office
The Ideal Candidate
Previous dental administration/front desk experience preferred
Excellent spoken and written English is required
Friendly, qualified, and personable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable managing a busy dental schedule and patient flow
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual,
and a positive team player
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of dental software and insurance/perks is an asset
