BASE+DRAW+COMMISSION

What you’ll be doing
Develop new business throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
Build relationships with builders, developers, designers, contractors and other industry professionals
Prospect for new opportunities and turn them into customers
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
Manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing
Represent Multi-Family Flooring professionally in the marketplace
Who we’re looking for

Comfortable making cold calls and creating current opportunities
A robust communicator and relationship builder
Competitive and goal oriented
Organized and able to manage your own schedule
Confident asking for the sale
Experienced in flooring, construction, building materials or outside sales preferred
