Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport goods across various routes. This role requires a robust commitment to safety, punctuality, and efficient delivery. The Truck Driver will play a vital role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries, supporting the overall success of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
Transport goods to designated locations efficiently and on schedule
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper functioning
Load and unload cargo, sometimes requiring heavy lifting, with attention to safety protocols
Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and vehicle maintenance reports




Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during transportation activities

Skills
Proven experience driving heavy trucks or commercial vehicles
Solid knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best driving practices
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for loading or unloading cargo
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and punctuality
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Ability to stay alert during long hours of driving and maintain focus on road safety

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
