Job Description
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for account management and development. This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Read and interpret mechanical and sheet metal specifications and drawings
Provide sales quotations to assigned accounts
Close projects based on specific customer requirements while promoting and selling company represented products and product lines
Prepare and review submitted shop drawings
Participate in networking opportunities
Job Requirements
In order to be a successful Commercial Sales Representative , you must be a self-motivated individual with robust organizational skills; a goal oriented person that thrives in a quick paced industry.
Previous experience in HVAC/R Sales, minimum two years required
Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and tender documents
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong closing skills
College/ University degree or equivalent skilled experience
