We’re on the lookout for a reliable, responsive and independent Food Delivery Driver. In this role, you’ll be on an on-call basis delivering delicious meals directly to our customers’ doors, ensuring they receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. If you enjoy driving, have a knack for customer service, have a adaptable schedule and like working independently, this could be a great fit for you! You’ll play a key part in creating positive experiences for our customers while enjoying the flexibility of a dynamic delivery role.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
Navigate using GPS or maps to find delivery locations efficiently.
Handle food with care, ensuring it arrives hot, fresh, and intact.
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns via phone or text messages.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure protected driving practices at all times.
Skills and Requirements
Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable car and valid ICBC automobile insurance.
Experience with commercial driving or delivery services is preferred.
Strong communication skills for interacting politely and effectively with customers.
Positive knowledge of Williams Lake streets, routes, and navigation tools like GPS apps.
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
Pay starts from $5+ plus tips per delivery, dependent on delivery distance/area, and paid directyly by the customers.
