Site Supervisor / Equipment Operator (Landscape & Drainage)
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Lead Operator to oversee field crews and operate heavy machinery across landscape construction and perimeter drainage projects. You will manage daily job site execution, maintain rigorous quality and safety standards, and keep projects running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, instruct, and motivate on-site crews while enforcing health and safety protocols.
Operate mini-excavators and skid steers for trenching, subgrade preparation, grading, and material handling.
Review site plans, coordinate material deliveries, stage worksites, and ensure work meets local codes.
Troubleshoot site challenges, grade transitions, and drainage layouts in real time.




Serve as the qualified in office contact for clients, contractors, and project managers.
Perform routine equipment pre-checks and manage preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and field crew management.
Strong hands-on background in landscape construction and perimeter drainage systems.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
Proven problem-solving, time-management, and leadership skills.
Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts during peak seasonal volume.

Pay: $26.92-$50.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
