Silent-Aire, a Johnson Controls division, is hiring a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead APQP activities for NPIs and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Plant Quality to secure robust designs and processes. You will drive QRD artifacts, PFMEA/DFMEA, and Control Plans, while engaging with customers to ensure their requirements are met and acting as the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
