We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef for a contemporary wine bar. We believe a excellent dish, like a great wine needs the right workplace and people. As a key member of our team, you will craft exceptional dishes, oversee food preparation, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
Lead a small kitchen staff to ensure productive food preparation and presentation
Work with the team to create menus that reflect our
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and sanitation practices
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies,



and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
Train and mentor team members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
Collaborate with restaurant management to coordinate service flow and enhance guest satisfaction

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
Extensive food preparation and cooking expertise across various cuisines
Strong background in food service operations within the food industry or hospitality sector
Demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and staff scheduling
Familiarity with food handling regulations, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
