We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Sloped / Shingle Roofers to join our agile construction team. Duties
Measure and cut roofing materials using hand tools such as hammers, saws, and utility knives
Install shingles on sloped roofs according to project specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation
Use caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve weather resistance
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure quality workmanship
Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks related to roofing projects as needed
Experience
Proven experience in construction, roofing, or carpentry roles with a focus on sloped or shingle roofs
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment effectively
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately
Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
Comfortable performing heavy lifting safely in outdoor environments
Previous handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
