We are a growing qualified cleaning company specializing in strata and residential buildings throughout Abbotsford. We are currently hiring reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team members to join our crew immediately.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured setting, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and enjoys interacting with residents and property managers.

You will work as part of a two-person crew servicing strata buildings across Abbotsford.

Responsibilities
Cleaning common areas in strata buildings
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, garbage removal, and washroom cleaning
Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues to management
Taking and sending photos of issues when needed
Communicating professionally with council members and residents




Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service
Working efficiently with your assigned team member

Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Friendly, professional, and respectful with residents
Comfortable around dogs and pets of all sizes
Reliable transportation to and from work
Able to use a smartphone confidently:
Answer calls from management
Send text messages
Take and send photos
Communicate professionally when needed
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
