Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in meal preparation and cooking, ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
Cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.




Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.60-$22.02 per hour
