We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children in both clinical and educational settings.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case management activities.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work,
Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children, particularly in a therapy center setting.
Knowledge of ABA practices.
Robust skills in data collection and analysis for effective case management.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques for behavior modification.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
