Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drills with precision and safety awareness
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to execute tasks efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary
Experience
Proven experience operating experience
Solid understanding of mechanical systems related to construction equipment
Hands-on experience with dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator, grader operation, and horizontal drilling techniques
Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
Prior experience in construction environments demonstrating reliability and teamwork skills
