Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Meet and exceed sales goals
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred
Ability to provide multilingual support is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Familiarity with technical sales is an advantage
