We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Shoveling Crew Members to join our winter operations team. This role is essential for keeping walkways, driveways, and entryways safe and accessible during snow and ice events. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work in cold weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Shovel and clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, walkways, and building entrances
Spread salt, sand, or ice-melt products as needed to prevent ice buildup
Operate basic snow-removal tools such as shovels, pushers, and ice scrapers
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete routes in a timely manner
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Report hazards, equipment issues, or route completion to supervisors
Be available for early morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and on-call shifts depending on snowfall
Qualifications
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work for extended periods outdoors
Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations
Robust punctuality and communication skills
Previous snow removal experience is helpful but not required
