Duties
Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
Assist servers with food presentation, refills, and guest requests to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing or assembling dishes.
Handle food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure guest safety.
Use POS systems like Micros POS for order accuracy and processing payments when required.
Skills
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is highly preferred.
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests.
Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving, food preparation, and cleaning protocols.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
