We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Team Members to join our Arby’s restaurant team in Winnipeg. Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food to Arby’s standards, maintaining a clean and secure restaurant, and working effectively with other team members in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen areas, and equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Follow Arby’s policies and procedures.
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
