Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented accounting professional to support financial operations, system reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and business process improvement.

This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with operational and business systems analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in reconciling service management system data with financial reporting systems, improving reporting accuracy, supporting month-end processes, and helping management better understand operational and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have robust accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, experience working with ERP or service management platforms, and a proven ability to investigate and resolve complex reconciliation issues.

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile operational and financial system data.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting processes.
Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and operational performance metrics.
Investigate discrepancies between business systems and accounting systems.
Prepare management reporting and financial analysis.




Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist with financial controls and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain reporting models and reconciliations.
Work closely with operations and management teams to improve data accuracy.

Qualifications

Required
CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
5+ years of accounting, finance, or controllership experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
Robust reconciliation and analytical abilities.
Experience supporting month-end financial reporting.
Ability to independently investigate complex financial issues.

Preferred
QuickBooks expertise.
Experience with service industry accounting.
Experience with field service management software.
Experience reconciling operational systems to accounting systems.
Experience with job costing, work-in-progress, and revenue recognition.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
