Responsibilities
Serve meals and beverages to residents or clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Assist with the setup, organization, and teardown of dining areas before and after meal services.
Ensure all tables and dining spaces are cleared, cleaned, and properly sanitized.
Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests as directed by facility staff or care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe working setting in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous serving, waitstaff, or dietary aide experience (experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is a strong asset).
Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate is preferred.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Must provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check and a recent TB test.
Adaptability to work in different facility environments.
