We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for providing exceptional service to customers while helping them find the luxury model of their dreams.

Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself and remain up to date with Alfa Romeo/ Maserati products
Participation in all product training offered
Understand the automotive industry terminology and keep abreast of technological changes
Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
Be a team player and a positive force within the sales team
Help maintain the sales lot in assuring vehicles are displayed in a neat and orderly manner
Requirements:
Outgoing with a charismatic personality who enjoys meeting new people
A reliable individual with a solid work ethic
Ideal candidates have experience with import and luxury brands
Holds a valid BC driver’s license
VSA License an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
