Job Summary

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and play a vital role in supporting our work. In this energetic role, you will actively help build, repair, and maintain infrastructure projects. Duties
Site prep including clearing debris, setting up work areas, and protecting surrounding surfaces.
Handle materials, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing tools, materials, and supplies. Safe tool operation
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently on various construction sites and assist tradespeople
General construction assisting with digging, grading, demolition, framing, and concrete placement.
Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity throughout the project lifecycle




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools, materials, and procedures
Proven ability to operate equipment safely and effectively in diverse settings
Experience with paving projects or related infrastructure work is a plus
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices is essential for maintaining a secure work workplace
Ability to follow detailed instructions, work as part of a team, and adapt quickly to changing project needs

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
