Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
Fit, tack, and weld components accurately.
Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing as required.
Inspect completed welds for quality and defects.
Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of MIG welding experience.
Valid CWB certification is mandatory.
Robust MIG welding and fabrication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing setting.
Must have CSA-approved safety boots.
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
