Great Canadian Oil Change is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Lube & Tire Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry.

No extensive experience is required — we provide hands-on training. If you enjoy working with vehicles, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and basic preventative maintenance services
Assist with tire services including tire rotations and seasonal tire changes
Conduct basic vehicle inspections under technician supervision
Check and top up vehicle fluids such as coolant and washer fluid
Install air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades
Follow company safety procedures and service standards
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain productive service times
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment





Qualifications
Interest in starting a career in the automotive industry
Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn hands-on skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
