Willy's Trucking Service is a transportation company providing LTL service throughout Alberta and Northern BC. We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Fort St. John terminal and support our continued growth.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing drivers and staff, supporting customers, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring productive freight movement throughout the region.

What You'll Own
Daily terminal and freight operations
Driver and employee supervision
Customer service and key account support
Safety, compliance, and performance standards
Labour planning and operational efficiency
Branch profitability and cost control

Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience




Transportation or logistics experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Class 1 licence considered an asset
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fort St. John area
