Position Overview:
2+years of experience dispatching and /or service capacity in Plumbing and HVAC industry
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and effectively communicate with suppliers, property managers, and technicians to ask relevant questions, clarify service requirements, and resolve issues.
Maintain work schedules for service technicians and assure that customer commitments are met.
Enter service calls and purchase orders into computer system and tract progress.
Solid team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust attention to detail with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
