For three decades, Integrity Home Health Services has been providing home care services to individuals and families across New Brunswick, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Woodstock office team.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, supportive office environment while playing an important role in daily operations and supporting both our clients and caregivers.

Duties include:
Answering incoming calls and responding to client and caregiver inquiries
Coordinating client schedules and matching clients with caregivers using our “Best Match” practices
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch
Completing data entry and maintaining accurate client and caregiver information
Completing initial assessments and reassessments in clients’ homes
Conducting interviews and orientations for recent hires
Assisting with new client intake and coordinating the start of services
Maintaining confidential client and employee information




Following up on client and caregiver concerns
Assisting manager in all aspects of the role
Participating in the branch on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends as scheduled

1 year experience in an office setting
Exceptional phone etiquette
Experience in scheduling
Proficient with the use of computer applications
Creative thinking & problem solving
Comfortable with multitasking and a fast paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Robust interpersonal skills
Working in a team workplace
Supervisor experience considered an asset
LPN or RN background/experience considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
