About the Role This is an on-site, part-time Workplace Services role supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a professional office environment.
The person in this seat is the face of the workplace, keeping things running well from the front desk through the mailroom, and making sure clients and colleagues feel genuinely welcomed every time they walk in.

Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct incoming calls with professionalism Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event logistics from setup through execution Arrange and oversee catering services for meetings and office events Support vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance requests,
and process invoices Maintain organization and cleanliness of meeting rooms, workstations, supply rooms, and print areas Manage mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing deliveries Serve as a reliable point of contact for physical office operations throughout each shift Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a workplace services, office support, or facilities coordination role Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a client-facing, skilled demeanor Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as part of regular duties Comfortable working independently and managing time well during a part-time shift schedule Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours to support team coverage needs Preferred Skills Experience with meeting room or event coordination platforms Familiarity with invoice processing or basic vendor management Prior experience in a hospitality, reception, or facilities setting
