As a Client Experience Coordinator, you provide initial and lasting impressions for our clients. The ideal candidate has hospitality and/or customer service experience, is outgoing and enthusiastic. We’re a quick moving and cutting-edge team, so adaptability is important, as is a passion for improving the health and wellness of others.

Requirements
Provide exceptional client experience and hospitality via phone and in-person interactions
Welcome and orient recent clients to Kinetic Labs
Manage appointment scheduling, invoicing, and health insurance submission using cloud-based software




Problem solve client inquiries using knowledge of Kinetic Labs products and services
Create, curate and post weekly branded social media content
Help develop and streamline clinical operations
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
Comfortable operating specialty hardware including 3D markerless motion capture and force dynamometry
Prospects to participate in community outreach events, academic research projects

Schedule:
Part-time, afternoon/evenings and Saturdays
Opportunity to move to full-time hours
