As an integral part of the home and community care team, you will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community setting by assisting with activities of daily living. This is a Full‑Time role, 7am to 4pm on weekdays & alternating weekends.

What you’ll do

- Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, oral care, bathing, toileting and peri‑care
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as determined by the care plan




- Perform basic housekeeping tasks and provide companionship to help patients enjoy a better quality of life

- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and care when interacting with patients

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to travel to and from patients’ residences within a geographical area

Compensation

$22.59 - $25.38 per hour, depending on the experience and qualifications of each candidate.
