Enhance foster family environments as a Domestic Support Worker with the Saskatchewan Foster Families Association. This casual role features flexible hours focused on housekeeping and organization.
In this integral position, you will maintain a clean, protected, and organized home for children in care. Working independently, your strong time management skills will ensure all housekeeping tasks are efficiently completed. As a reliable support worker, you’ll help foster families feel comfortable in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily
• Organize and sanitize kitchen surfaces and appliances
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and common areas
• Wash, fold, and manage laundry tasks
• Document all completed cleaning tasks accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures
• Preferred experience in house cleaning or similar roles
Support foster families by ensuring their homes are clean and welcoming for children in care.
