Position: Overnight Shift Assembler
City: Victoria, BC
Salary: $28.50/hour

Responsibilities

- Assemble products and components according to facility standards
- Operate tools and automated assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station during overnight shifts
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets
- Perform basic quality checks on completed items

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Clear criminal record check
- Strong track record of job tenure or commitment to long-term growth opportunities
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
- Previous assembly experience is considered a strong asset, but is not required
