Job Title: IMAC Coordinator Location: Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9 Duration: 4 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for an IMAC Coordinator to coordinate and manage IT equipment moves, adds, changes, and related activities.

The ideal candidate will have robust coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: Coordinate Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities for IT equipment.





Schedule and track equipment installations, moves, and removals.

Coordinate with technicians, users, vendors, and internal IT teams.

Maintain accurate records of equipment, requests, and work status.

Monitor tickets and ensure requests are completed on time.

Follow up on pending tasks and resolve scheduling or coordination issues.

Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation and asset tracking.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in IT coordination, IMAC, service desk, or IT asset management.

Experience coordinating IT hardware deployments or moves.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience with ticketing systems such as Service

Now is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.
