As an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at Hope's Home, you will implement engaging programs using the Reggio philosophy. In this full time role, you will supervise children's safety, maintain adult-to-child ratios, and foster relationships through one-on-one interactions.

Working closely with families and team members, you will ensure that diverse needs are met through energetic activities and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inclusive learning experiences
Supervise children’s psychological and physical safety




Develop activities accommodating all ability levels
Encourage creative expression through arts and play
Collaborate with families and community services

Requirements:
Completed Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III
First Aid/CPR certification
Experience with children of all abilities
Familiarity with Emergent Curriculum and Project Approach
Solid organizational and communication skills
