QA Automation Lead Engineer (SDET – Python) role focused on building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks with robust Python and Pytest framework.
Requires hands-on experience in UI automation with Playwright, Standalone API testing, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong QA background with exposure to test strategies and QA processes
Expert level hands-on skills in QA Automation using Playwright
Lead talent with experience defining strategy & framework for automation of manual test cases
Experience in AI testing and hands on usage of AI MCPs. Positive if they have MCPs
Involves defining test strategy, executing regression/system/sanity testing, and performing release and production validation.
Ideal candidate should understand QA methodologies, Agile practices, test data management, and collaborate effectively with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams.
Positive communication skills
Experience collaborating with customers and geographically distributed teams (US/Canada/India) in driving QA automation initiatives
