Job Description: Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to Primary Health Care clients within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Experience
Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required

Education
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing





Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making
Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas.
Demonstrates effective relationships with staff, patients/clients, and families
Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of skilled conduct and judgement.
Demonstrated independent nursing judgment in a community-based workplace
Knowledge in nursing process
Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships
