In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for operating snowmaking machinery and conducting maintenance checks to keep equipment running smoothly. Working outdoors in variable winter weather, this role demands physical stamina and a solid safety mindset. You will coordinate with other departments to prepare the hills, complying with operational standards throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, including guns and compressors
• Monitor and adjust equipment based on weather conditions




• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on snowmaking systems
• Operate snowmobiles and utility vehicles as needed
• Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team leads
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly
• Experience with tools and mechanical systems preferred
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for outdoor winter activities and flexibility for shifts
