Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned, patient-oriented nursing care
Complete clinical assessments and care documentation
Implement and evaluate care/service plans
Administer medications and treatments
Facilitate resident education and family support
Requirements:
Current registration as a Practical Nurse
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
