Daily activities include resolving issues and enhancing team efficiency while ensuring creators secure lucrative prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a creative team of Talent Managers
Develop engaging talent growth plans
Oversee performance metrics for talent success
Redirect new talent vetting processes for alignment
Guide cross-functional collaborations for opportunity alignment
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in influencer or talent management
3+ years in a leadership role at an agency
Proven track record of high-value deal negotiations
Solid leadership and coaching abilities
Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
