This full time role involves providing family-centered support to parents with children facing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and complex behavioral needs. As a Key Worker, you will assist families in navigating services, facilitating assessments, and offering guidance through personalized strategies and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist families in navigating service referrals and support
Support children with assessments at home and in school
Provide mentorship and training during home visits




Build partnerships with schools, agencies, and health officials
Help families follow through on daily goals and transition plans

Requirements:
Diploma in Social Services or related field
Minimum three years’ experience with complex needs
Training in FASD or willingness to obtain
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
