About KICKR

KICKR is a 7-a-side soccer league in Toronto for men 18+, built around a premium match-night experience. Players arrive on their own, play on a team for the month, and can watch every game back. Our first winter season starts Thursday, November 5, 2026, at a domed stadium in Toronto (Central Tech Stadium or Monarch Park Stadium).

The role

Ground Operations makes every match night run on time and feel qualified. You will set up the field, run player check-in, film the games and track live stats. You will work closely with our referees and league management.

What you'll do
Set up the field before each night: goals, cones, pinnies and team areas
Welcome players, manage check-in through the KICKR app, and direct them to their team
Set up, run and pack away the match filming equipment, so every game is recorded
Log live stats in the KICKR app, including saves and goalkeeper changes
Hand out and collect team pinnies, and keep all equipment organised and accounted for
Keep the night on schedule, coordinating team rotations with the referee
Act as on-site contact for the venue, players and referees, and escalate issues to league management
Respond to minor injuries and incidents,

and complete a short report after each night
Break down and store equipment, and leave the venue as we found it

What we're looking for
Punctual and reliable, with consistent availability for scheduled league nights
Organised, with solid attention to detail
Friendly and confident with people, including in busy or high-energy settings
Able to stay calm and solve problems on the spot
Comfortable using a smartphone app and basic camera equipment
Able to lift and carry equipment and stand for several hours

Nice to have
Experience in sports operations, event staffing, videography or recreational league coordination
First aid or CPR certification
A strong interest in soccer

What we offer
$20 per hour, part time
A consistent weekly evening schedule
Hands-on experience running live sports operations and match filming
Room to take on more responsibility as KICKR adds nights

How to apply

Apply through this LinkedIn posting. Please include your evening availability and any relevant event, sports or filming experience.
